I guess summer is over now. The days have gone into the 70's and don't seem to be breaking out of it, except to go down into the 60's, returning to the 70's at the warmer parts of the day. The leaves on the trees are still green, but I can hear them, short of breath, busted hips, damn Canadians trying to steel their teeth. They're on their last legs. And sooner or later, one must fall. At least they don't give up easy. It's the fiece winds that come in and finally sever them from the tree.

The changing colors of the leaves is a beautiful thing, indeed, but it is always sad to see them go. My friends, I bid you an early farewell, as I cannot predict when you will no longer be there anymore. I bid you adieu, and I look forward to seeing you again in the Spring.

So I was downloading some Kylie Minogue videos because she is hot, and now I can't get that damned "Chocolate" song out of my head. I liked it at first, but it's so catchy, I can hear it when I'm listening to other music. Six hours of random songs off my playlist haven't phased it. It's driving me batty!

I've been playing Dance Dance Revolution for quite some time now. It's actually part of my daily excersizes I usually do daily. I've gotten quite good at it, I think, although probably not as good as I should be by now considering how long I've been playing it. Despite all that, I still can't dance.

The harsh reality of DDR is that it's not a dancing simulation, but a game you just happen to play by rhythmically moving your feet around to music. In the dance clubs, I've found that people generally don't move their feet around, while in DDR, it's pretty much the only thing you're moving.

I guess the rhythm just isn't in my blood.

It's 6:00pm, and it is hardcore pouring down rain. I can hear it against the roof of the place. It sounds like a stadium audience applauding. My first thought was "That's going to be really good for rush hour traffic." My next though was "Glad I'm not going to be driving in it." My shift is 12:00pm-9:00pm. It's quite rare that traffic is bad for me. Ah, these poor saps next to me have to drive home in this shit.

I'm adding name tags to all my posts now. I'm going to go back and add some to my more classic posts, but for now, all new posts will already have one.
